Academic Dermatology Associates (ADA) was established in 1989 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The practice is operated by two Certified Fellows of the American Board of Dermatology, Alicia D. Bucko, D.O., J.D. and Eduardo H. Tschen, M.D., M.B.A. ADA began as a private dermatology office. Today the primary focus of ADA is dermatology drug studies. Drs. Bucko and Tschen contribute to the education and improvement of clinical trials throughout the nation by conducting studies as Prinicipal Investigators in their own clinic, and by providing seminars, poster presentations, publications, and training sessions to other investigators and staff. Dr. Tschen is a Consultant for the National Institutes of Health and the Food and Drug Administration. Together they have authored hundreds of articles, presentations, abstracts, posters, chapters and books.
