I have now been to Jovie three times. I let her do color the 2nd time, which turned out OK, quite quick, but she insisted that I color my eyebrows to match. YIKES I looked like a mad scientist....

Walked in salon and walked out, I was there for a color but the place was so dark with poor lighting that, I did not feel that I would get the color I wanted.
