YogaSoul

History

YogaSoul opened in February 2013 as a heated power yoga studio and quickly gained a loyal following from the local community. In late 2015, YogaSoul opened up a second space, adjacent to the original studio, in order to broaden and deepen their offerings. We believe in the power of connection and community. We regularly host donation-based classes to raise funds for local causes, and the studio plans on bringing therapeutic yoga programs to underserved populations starting in 2016.

Specialties

Our goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone. We offer $5 classes every day, ranging from foundational classes for beginners to heated power flows for seasoned students. Our mission is to inspire love and compassion through yoga. We have two studios, Shakti and Shanti. Our heated classes take place in Shakti while Shanti houses all of our other classes. We provide a variety of vinyasa yoga classes daily, including slow flows, flows, and power flows. We also offer Forrest Yoga as well as restorative, yin, chair, and family yoga. We also offer a led Ashtanga Half Primary with NJ's only authorized Ashtanga teacher. We have something for everyone interested in starting or deepening a yoga practice. We invite everyone to come and unroll their mat, breath and flow with us, and laugh a lot!
