The staff here are unbelievably friendly and are willing to help you as much as they can. Went in to lower my bill. They weren't able to do it in store but gave me the information on how to do so....

Today my mom and I went to return the modem box at Rio Grande, and we experienced horrible customer service. We waited a total of 45 minutes before my mom went to inquire about the waiting...
Had a worker cut our cable ,called ,mid day,Comcast had repair man here 8 am sharp the next am!! All good now!!
As much as I dislike Xfinity for their monopolistic model I like this store which provides good service when needed.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I did, however, have to wait over 40 minutes to return a box we no longer used. I understand they want to upsell you...but how about just a line for...
