Our Fitness and Conditioning We incorporate the rigorous and proven-effective modern training methods of Mixed Martial Arts in our class workouts and regular fitness and conditioning routines. Additionally, fitness classes and private or semi-private sessions are made available. Our Monthly Seminars We make a diverse and engaging series of monthly seminars and workshops available from a variety of martial disciplines (Boxing, Escrima, Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, Aikido, Batto-do, etc.).
