COSAC is a nonprofit agency that offers a range of services for individuals affected with autism. It provides autism-related information, advocacy, consultation, and family and professional education services. The agency administers the Autism Awareness Ambassador Program, which helps individuals to raise the awareness of autism in neighborhoods, workplaces, schools and local communities. COSAC offers education and support to professionals who serve individuals with autism in public and private schools and group homes. It administers early intervention and day programs. It also conducts various training workshops and seminars for teachers, teaching assistants, direct care workers, administrators, case managers and child study team members. Additionally, the agency participates in a variety of fundraising events. COSAC is located in Ewing, N.J.
