Why does this restaurant have poor review? It's oceanfront and I paid $10 for a very tasty Greek omelette that was served with four pieces of toast and home fries. The owner came out to talk to us...

The best pancakes on the boardwalk....and more! Fluffy AND tasty! Very friendly place...even to dogs passing by. A must stop place!
