West Milford First Aid Squad

The West Milford Township First Aid Squad is a non-profit organization consisting of over 60 dedicated volunteers who provide emergency first aid and ambulance services to West Milford, New Jersey and occasionally assist neighboring towns. They are trained to handle mass casualty incidents and were the first squad in the state to be certified in using automated external defibrillators (AEDs).

Located in the highlands of northern New Jersey, the Township of West Milford covers 80.4 square miles and boasts over 5 square miles of reservoirs, lakes, and ponds. Surrounded by pristine watershed areas and vast state parks, the area offers a picturesque backdrop for this essential community service.
