It's really said because without all the neglect that building had gone through I would have loved to stay there, when I was in my way out new management was finally getting settled.

Main elevator is constantly broken or violently jolts when it does work. You don't know if you'll be stuck on it or plummet to the ground. We do not get a courtesy email when it is out of service....
