History

Having embarked on a journey for fitness at a young age, investing in my body to become the best version of itself engulfed my entire lifestyle. Acquiring my Bachelors Degree in Biology at Seton Hall University, and training the Division I Athletic Teams was a pivotal point in my development. The knowledge I've accumulated through the years reflects off my degrees & certifications; Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). But nothing can truly justify the experience I've received through the years. Whether it be in an athletic atmosphere, a clinical, or a health/wellness standpoint, the more I've developed as an individual - the more I've helped others develop as well.
