The hours suck! They close at 4pm on the weekends and on New Year's Eve they closed at noon!! It's very hard to work with a gym that closes at such ridiculous times. Other than that the staff...

Weight lifting machines are excellent. I do 72 repetitions on 11 machines which works out to 50,000 pounds in 40 minutes most days. I consider this effort my cheap life insurance premiums.
