Delicious food - and it's very local to my office which makes it dangerous . I forget the name, but the calamari appetizer should be sized up and made into an actual entree. It's that good!

Came to this place because Miss Saigon was closed for the week and I had such a strong craving for pho so tried this place. The food, the service, the ambiance all meh- solid 3 stars.

Headed to Pho Saigon which was closed today (Monday). Decided to try out Vietnam Bistro. Great Bun Bo Hue. Could have used more noodles. Vietnamese coffee is good and strong. We will be back....
