I don't think they deserve the current rating. My go to items are French bread, croissants, chocolate butter cookies, and cannolis. I can't speak on the rest of the food but what I get is great...

Bought cookies and they were stale. This is not the first time this has happened. When their product is fresh, it is very good. However, they should not be selling stale products.
