Such a bad experience and certainly not a bank that ranks with big ones. I had to cancel my account because of the HIDDEN FEES!!!!!!!!!!!

Not this branch, but the Palisade Ave branch down the block is the worst run bank I've ever been too. The manager goes out of her way to say no and be unhelpful. I've never seen anything like it...
