I'm sorry for anyone that has to come here, Ms Backes always gives misinformation, and getting your mail is always only a idea. Never actually happens.

Older lady is vey nice and pleasant. My packages are always safe here with her. I enjoy conversations with her as well. Only thing they close so early.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The man behind the counter blatantly ignored me when I calmly asked him a question about my package 3 TIMES. He continued to ignore me while I was holding an extremely heavy box....
