Located in Bethlehem, Pa., the organization provides a variety of assisted living services, including assistance with daily routines, regular meals and housekeeping. It also provides a variety of rehabilitation and support services. Country Meadows of Bethlehem offers a variety of acute care and medical services. The organization also provides 24-hour monitoring for patients by a licensed nurse. Its range of amenities for patients includes a private dining room, nursing unit, Alzheimer s support group, macular degeneration and bereavement support groups, and healthy living and walking programs.
