Well there is no customer service here. I called to ask where my cab was and was told it was on my block. The cab finally showed up after I called another company. 35 minutes late. Don't even bother.

God awful service. Do not expect to be picked up on time. A ten minute wait to them is really a 35 -45 min wait especially if you live in the area. I suggest union taxi or 1st class taxi. Stay...

Don't expect any kind of customer service from the dispatcher other than him picking up the phone. On the brighter side, cars gets to you on time.
