History
The business opened on April 20, 2017. After numerous days of selling out, Uncle Bob's has more than doubled the ribs, pulled pork, brisket and sides that was being made the first month in business. Uncle Bob's also handles 2-4 catering jobs per month.
Specialties
REAL wood fired, Texas style BBQ. Ribs, chicken, pulled pork and brisket, Just like your Uncle from the great state of Texas would make. Stop by for dinners to go on Thursday and Friday. We also do catering!!

Amazing BBQ:))) My beef brisket was out of this world, and my sons ribs also amazing, can't believe it that this place is actually only 5 min away from my house, I will visit them every week:)

The Beef brisket was outstanding. Nice smoky flavor,very tender,ample portions.If you like pit smoked beef this is it.Was unable to get pork because they ran out.They also have homemade sides,slaw...
