Founded in 1976 in a small shop specializing in synthesizer repair and design, we grew explosively alongside the music industry as the premier service complex for east coast musical instrument dealers, manufacturers and musicians. Whether you're a large rental house who needs repair for dozens of keyboards and amplifiers, or if you just need to fix your teenage son's small guitar amplifier, we service a full range of requests, from small to large. We also provide service for audio and lighting equipment for schools, churches and colleges. Our specialty has been scalability to meet our customers' needs, expanding our knowledge and volume to service all types of pro audio equipment including keyboards, amplifiers, rack components, speakers, etc. Affiliated with New York and New Jersey area rental houses and musical instrument dealers, we've serviced hundreds of professional touring musicians' stage equipment and musical production companies, including: Cats, The Lion King, Phantom of the Opera, Movin' Out, Fosse, Miss Saigon, Dave Matthews, David Bowie, Billy Joel, David Rosenthal, Bon Jovi, Janet Jackson, Jet, Luther Vandross, Tony Visconti, Little Steven, Moe, The Black Crowes, Lauryn Hill, The Fugees, Kool and the Gang, Deep Purple, Barry Manilow, Billy Idol, Aimee Mann, Cyndi Lauper, Crosby, Stills and Nash, Foreigner, Whitney Houston, The Ramones, Patti LaBelle, Lionel Richie, Michael Schenker, Michael Bolton, The B-52's, Judas Priest, and more. We've developed close relationships with manufacturers, as evidenced by our list of service authorizations for over 70 brand names. We are passionate about ensuring your equipment's longevity, and as such, we take pride in our history of reliability and customer satisfaction. As an example, in 1998, Janet Jackson performed at the nearby Continental Airlines arena and a post-show stage mishap caused a few pieces of equipment to experience some damage. In a special arrangement, Triple S was able to fully repair and test the equipment to specifications, then deliver the repaired equipment to her next show at Madison Square Garden. The show was aired on HBO and was proof that our reliability kept the show going.
