Stayed mid December. Room was spotless, bed was comfortable, great having a little kitchenette. Lobby and adjacent dining area were clean and welcoming. Breakfast options were nice and varied....

I've given this hotel enough chances as I've stayed here over 12 separate weeks this year and they consistently refuse to resolve issues in any effective manner and I can't deal with it any...

Very nice. Beds were comfy and the kids loved the pool. The breakfast was available still at 10:30 when we went down, which was a nice amenity.
