Torta Truck, established in 2010 by Carmen and Jesus, began as a humble food cart in Union City, NJ, known as El Carrito. In 2016, Victoria, the first generation of Mexican parents, took over and expanded the menu to include popular birria tacos and tortas, showcasing their offerings at street fairs and food festivals.
