Why is service always, always so slow? There were 3 staff members behind the counter and yet I waited in a line again for coffee. Can a self serve, self pay option be avilable for a simple coffee?

Over priced coffee. I would suggest going to the stand alone location next to Congress hall. The coffee was mid at best.
