It was good when they opened. Progressively worse every time we go. Capped off with today by waiting 25 or so minutes for a drink. One worker on staff with half a dozen people waiting for drinks...

The staff are always beyond lovely! They are a brand new place and have a few things to work on as far as efficiency and timing, but overall we loveeeee the rolled ice cream & teas.
