Everytime I go in here there's always a smiling face at the counter with a warm welcome. A lot of people use this location especially to return Amazon stuff, which I was there to do the same....

Why would an employee here not take an Amazon return and tell me that I needed a UPS label instead of the Amazon return scannable code that every other UPS store I have ever visited uses?

I go here because it's close, but for no other reason. The online print order sends you a confirmation of receipt, but the staff is unaware of order and say they cannot access it and tells you so...
