HistoryStudents go to yoga to try and find their zen or inner peace, but instead are either facing or embracing the fear and anger promoted by bigger fitness chains in their pursuit of money. We wanted to change that and return zen and inner peace to yoga. We built Simply Be Yoga as an alternative to big over crowded studios. Our mission is to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere and to show all who walk through our door , that yoga is for every body!
