I didn't go to the shopping mall. I was here for the actual promenade. There are some million dollar views of Manhattan here. I recommend this for free photography practice.

Great views but disappointed on how dirty and unkept the area is; not sure if this belongs to the municipality but definitely needs some maintenance.
