Do not use. Tom is awful. We had a simple contractor fraud case. He told us if we pursued a lower amount then the damages we'd have a very straightforward case. He said we'd be done in 4-6 weeks...

Do not use him as your lawyer! I went to him in March 2017 for a simple Quitclaim deed for my house, transferring it into my name, from it being joint with my ex, 1 month before the divorce....
