Mr. Liston is a Court Certified Mediator pursuant to Rule 1:40 and serves as a Court Arbitrator in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County. A native of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, he holds a BA with Distinction in English from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Rutgers Law School. While at Rutgers Law School, he chaired the Moot Court Board and served as a legislative aide to then-Assemblymen Robert N. Wilentz, later the Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
