I am a 59 year old woman in reasonably good condition. They staff was very helpful. It was difficult, but I would do it again.. Highly recommend. Lots of fun

Amazing experience. Shout out to Cynthia who was so patient and knowledgeable. Assisted a 14 yr and 49 yr at the same time. Made us feel competent and safe. Can't wait to go again.

One thing to note is that this gym sets it's courses by tape color, NOT by hold color. If you climb at a gym were a route is set using all the same color holds, it will take some getting used to....
