After finishing our certifications we started as an outdoor circuit studio in Cranford , NJ. Specializing in circuit training in local parks and eventually moving towards outcall house fitness training in surround townships. We than built our first studio in Cranford , NJ. In our basement developing some of our first clients who are still With us today. Today we have two fitness studios in Union, NJ specializing in fitness cross training. With over 1024 forty five minute sessions offered per week.

One on One fitness coaching that specializes in fitness cross training. We work with all groups of clients ages range from 11 years of age to 80. We offer a wide variety of packages for all types of fitness cross training. We also specialize in a physiotherapy exercise. At The Fx Circuit we guarantee our results and really helps to fix your deviations and bring you back to your old self after physical therapy.
