After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University, Dr. Shah returned to his hometown of Dallas, Texas where he received his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Southwestern School of Medicine. He then attended the prestigious 6-year integrated Plastic Surgery Residency Program at Yale University. After residency, he was selected to complete an advanced specialty fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Shah has published numerous articles and book chapters and remains on the forefront of research and surgical innovation. He has held several leadership positions and received numerous awards. Prior to joining The Plastic Surgery Center, he was appointed as the Chief and Medical Director of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Bayfront Health Saint Petersburg, a trauma center and tertiary care referral center. While serving as the Medical Director at Bayfront Health, he specialized in extremity reconstruction and limb salvage.

Dr. Peter Andrawes, a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, offers various cosmetic procedures for the face, breast, and body, along with reconstructive surgeries like breast and skin cancer reconstruction. Graduating with honors from KasrAlAiny School of Medicine in Cairo, Egypt, Dr. Andrawes completed training at Staten Island University Hospital and fellowships at Houston Methodist Hospital and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Hamot. He's an active member of prestigious surgical associations and has received awards for research and presentations. Beyond medicine, Dr. Andrawes enjoys cooking, exercising, soccer, and travel.

Mara Cutler, D.O., is a primary care physician at The Plastic Surgery Center, where she offers specialized care tailored to meet the unique needs of her patients. Dr. Cutler provides medical clearances for surgeries, ensuring that patients are prepared and healthy for their procedures. She also offers telehealth consultations for out-of-town specialty program patients, making it convenient for individuals to receive expert guidance from the comfort of their homes. Additionally, Dr. Cutler conducts transgender affirmation peri-operative evaluations, supporting patients through their surgical journeys, and manages weight loss for specific cases, including those dealing with lymphedema.
