Having attended a wedding at The Hamilton Manor last Friday, my initial experience at The Cellar, where the cocktail hour was served, was good. Amazing food, decent service and good drinks....

The setup is pretty nice but honestly waiting 45 MINUTES!!!!! For one beer is beyond ridiculous. They need more bartenders and need to be nicer to there customer base.
