The American Conference For the Treatment of HIV
The American Conference for the Treatment of HIV (ACTHIV) is the leading conference in the United States dedicated to the frontline care team and its members who provide care for individuals living with or at risk of acquiring HIV. This conference offers valuable information on the latest developments and research findings that can be directly applied to clinical settings. ACTHIV provides opportunities for attendees to interact with expert clinical faculty educators, network with peers, and engage in learning sessions, poster sessions, and satellite symposia.
ACTHIV recognizes the challenges faced by care team members in the current healthcare environment, and therefore offers both in-person and virtual attendance options. Whether attending in person or virtually, participants have access to all conference educational sessions online for three weeks after the event, allowing them to revisit relevant sessions. The conference also features a New Providers Track specifically designed for care team members who are newer to HIV care. ACTHIV is supported by registration fees, donations, and other funding, which contribute to the educational work of the ACTHIV Institute.
