Mediocre and lackluster service. Very inconsistent response, especially when it is an urgent issue, like no hot water.

Their customer service is the worst. Veronica won't even answer our calls. We have two major leaks in our apartment and it has been 3 hours since we submitted an EMERGENCY work order.
