Testrite Visual Products is a diversified manufacturer of visual communication, office and studio tools. Testrite s goal is to enhance studio and workplace environments and help its customers maximize productivity. The company also manufactures telescopic aluminum tubing, extension legs, leg ends, threaded connectors, tube attachments, bases and mounts, clamps and instrument supports. Testrite has the capability to offer in-house operations, such as assembly, machining, bending and cutting, finishing, milling, riveting, spot welding, packing and packaging design. The company was founded in 1919. Initially located in New York City, it began as an importer and manufacturer of optical and scientific instruments. In 1955, the company moved to its present 90,00-square-foot facility in Newark, N.J.
