Return request denied after several times asking. This has been terribly disappointing. Previously such a request was rapidly fulfilled by another exterminator company.

Do not waste your time or money. Just stay away from Terminix. You will wait many days for the appointment, and on the day of the appointment, you will wait the whole day, and nobody will show up....
