Educadores Latinoamericanos (ELA) is an organization based in Oakland, NJ, dedicated to fostering cultural and educational exchange between teachers from the United States and indigenous communities in rural Mexico. Through innovative instructional approaches, American teachers contribute to the development of effective teaching techniques in Mexico, while Mexican teachers share their unique cultural perspectives and address social, economic, and educational challenges. This exchange enriches the students in both countries.
