Friendly and nice staff. Yes, every other time ATM is out of service or being worked on. It's not a problem to go to a teller only when I'm in a rush and there is a line.

Worst bank to ever bank. My bad that I didn't check the reviews earlier. Even a simple transaction is so difficult to do online and the phone service is terrible. Deserves a negative five rating
