Since I was a young girl, I started having the passion for cooking by watching my mother in the kitchen. She continued to teach me on what to use and why the finest ingredients make a difference. Based from my home kitchen, I have now created my Catering Business to serve Authentic Middleastern Cuisine throughout New Jersey. These Traditional Dishes reflects the commitment to exceptional quality. The menu items are prepared with a passion for perfection. We offer catering for all kinds of events such as family dinner, private party, corporate event, or weddings. If you are looking for authentic Egyptian Food, you will find traditional foods such as Grapeleaves, Mousaka, Goulash, Zuchini, etc... We also make Middleastern Cookies such as Kahk, Ghorayeba, Petit Four, & Lunshire. All are made with 100% Butter.
