Amalgamated Nursery School (ANS) is a community parent cooperative school located in the Northwest Bronx, New York. Established in 1933, ANS serves The Amalgamated Park Reservoir Cooperatives and the surrounding community, providing a child's laboratory for developmentally appropriate learning. With certified early childhood teachers, ANS encourages children to explore their interests, develop their curiosity, and realize their creativity through various engaging activities. ANS celebrates the diversity of its families and fosters a strong sense of community involvement, with an elected Executive Board composed of current school families governing the school.
