The frugal option for Japanese in Summit, Taka Sushi never disappoints! I recommend the Roll Combo as you get 3 sushi rolls and a miso soup or salad all for under 20$. Not many places like this...

This has been my favorite sushi place for years! They serve the most fresh catches from the sea! The vibes are immaculate.

The fish was incredibly fresh and portion sizes were hefty. The sushi combo was good bang for your buck! Also the rock shrimp was super crispy and yummy!
