I have been with these idiots 8 years and I'm still surprised about how dumb cs is bad that they just read a script.. and quote this is policy.. service never ever a strong suit

I would rather drive the 15 miles to the Hainesport T-Mobile store than drive the 3 miles and deal with this store again. Terrible experience all-around. I had placed an order for a warranty...
