Our Firm was established in 2012 as commercial finance brokerage firm, based on our clients demands for alternative commercial and business lending, local banks and commercial banks was not offering alternative financing due to lack of income documentation, some with poor credit, business owners with good credit with high equity position but lack proof of income and real estate investor had no home for opportunistic purchase loan deals.
