I arrived at 11:15am for my special needs son to get his endoscopy he was fasting no food no drink our appointment at 12:00pm now it's 1:10pm and no one called us yet

Terrible billing department. Never return phone calls. Do not refund excess billed amount, even months after insurance payment. Avoid at any cost.
