HORRIFIC! Zero empathy. Poor communication. Billing (specifically Darian and Patty downright NASTY. Ask your doctor for an alternate location.

So happy we chose to have my husband's surgery here. The experience was perfect. Staff was competent and kind. He never felt rushed. A hospital is no place to go when you are healthy!
