A great facility and great teachers. While I live in Massachusetts, I try to attend classes when I am in the neighborhood. Gabriel is one of the few truly gifted teachers with whom I have practiced.

History
History: SUMMUS Body Mind was founded by husband and wife, Gabriel + Brittany Messuti in 2016. Gabriel had an experience with cancer (Stage 2 Hodgkins Lymphoma) in his early 20s and took the route of holistic healing to cure his body from the toxicity of conventional treatment. Brittany started practicing yoga and immersed herself in a healthy lifestyle at the age of 19 to combat depression and heal from a tumultuous childhood. Both Gabriel and Brittany are passionate about inspiring positive inner change because of their own personal experience immersing themselves into the modalities available at SUMMUS. Beautiful facility. However, it's a bit tricky to find the first time. Drive around to the back of the building to find the parking lot and entrance.

Beautiful zen-like studio. Clean. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Fun classes. Only one drawback. Way too hot. I took the spring and summer months off from this studio because I couldn't...
