Since 1955, Stires Associates, P.A has met the needs of the municipal, county and private construction industry in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Our founder started Donald H. Stires Associates in 1955 to serve his sister company Pave-Rite, Inc with engineering services. In 1999, Mr. Stires incorporated the company and is now known as Stires Associates, P.A We specialize in land use professional services, which include environmental assessment, ( site evaluation and remediation, property transaction assessments, UST Removal and Subsurface Evaluation, Asbestos Inspection and Management Plans ) surveying, engineering ( planning/permitting, site design, transportation and environmental engineering ), feasibility studies, stormwater management planning and expert testimony. With a capable staff of professionals, Stires Associates, P.A has the expertise to take your next project from Field to Finish. Even before property acquisition, Stires Associates, P.A will work with our clients to ensure their project goals. Our staff is continually updating their technical knowledge as well as their expertise in Local, State and Federal regulations and criteria. In addition, we frequently work with our clients to find creative project financing and incentives. Since its inception, Stires Associates, P.A has been privileged to serve a broad spectrum of the community from the public and private sectors, to large corporations, to the individual homeowner. Stires Associates has provided surveying and engineering support services on multiple public projects and is recognized Small Business Enterprise in the state of New Jersey. Stires Associates, P.A also serves the needs of Architects and Engineers who require additional expertise to complete their own specific projects. Employees within our firm are members of many widely respected professional organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Testing and Materials, National Groundwater Association and the National Brownfield Association. Our firm is deeply committed to the maximum utilization of current technology. Our engineering staff utilizes a multi-terminal, high speed networked computer system and offers Computer and Plotting Services for our clients. This same system allows powerful portable computers with data communication links to be taken to virtually any remote location while still accessing our main system of engineering programs and project data.
