HistoryMy personal training career started in 2011 when I made the executive decision to become an overall, well-educated, and knowledgeable trainer. In college, I became involved in all aspects of the fitness industry; from senior fitness, to youth conditioning, physical therapy, sports performance, sports conditioning, and much more.
