Got a venti cold brew with sweet cream and the lumps from the spoiled cream where super visible throughout the entire drink. Extremely disappointed

Slow service and flavorless drinks. The crew is depressing. The "barista" passed me my drink asking if it were okay that the cups didn't have the lids? Like really, why was I not told the lids...

Just watched the kid move the waiting cups by sticking his fingers inside every cup waiting to have a coffee poured in it. Fucking gross. Extremely slow service. Starbucks should be embarrassed...
