Usually a lot of personal conversations at the reception desk and some days with long waits to be called but other than that everyone has been very friendly.

Everyone is VERY nice--their communication & wait time has a lot to be desired, however. They often seem to be more preoccupied with personal conversations which lends to an unprofessional outlook...
